about writing increase¶
What did you think you were getting into when you started writing online? Likely, your first published articles and your first paid gigs made you feel on top of the world.

If you're like me, 80% of your job as writer is changing your writing for other people's standards and distribution philosophies.

I may write about writing or tips about writing or tips about surviving as a writer in a world that grossly undervalues writers and writings—and take from that as you may.
I'm not here to sell you on anything. Being sold solutions is part of the 80% of the work you do that isn't writing.
This place is not one where you'll experience the fatigue of ai generated images or frameworks from a half decade ago about how to make it as a writer.
My first order of business: Inviting you along.
